Jessica is Talent Citizen’s Data Specialist, known for her inquisitive approach and exceptional accuracy in managing the firm’s database and outreach systems. She ensures each search project is supported with precise, well-organized information and comprehensive outreach lists.

Before joining Talent Citizen, Jessica dedicated her time to strengthening the local education system through extensive board and volunteer service. As Vice President of a local school board, she led fundraising initiatives, coordinated committees, oversaw budgeting, and participated in hiring decisions. She previously chaired the fundraising committee for an Education Foundation, helping secure support for music and sports programs serving more than 4,000 students.

Based in Portland, Jessica enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and their two children, Cara and Luke. She loves traveling, swimming, and spending time with friends and family. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Washington.
