We also believe that leaders have the responsibility to take an anti-racist stance and actively question the root causes of inequity. Talent Citizenship is an ethos for our staff, candidates, and clients. We look for change agents who are at the intersection of complex issues—leaders who are network builders and dedicated to sharing their learning and influencing the work of others in ways that advance equity.

  • for candidates, this means striving for greater transparency and honoring their expertise and time
  • for clients, this means working together to reexamine talent acquisition practices and approaches
  • for our own team, this means interrogating positional power to reimagine search practice
  • for field building, this means analyzing systemic barriers and pathways for change
