Alicia’s engaging and thorough approach ensures client and candidate needs are met in an individualized manner. With more than a decade of experience working in client-facing customer support roles, building expertise in logistics, finance, marketing, events, and project management, Alicia has worked across a wide array of sectors with the ability to converge those various roles seamlessly.

An active member of the San Jose community, Alicia has spent the past six years serving the local education system in various board and volunteer positions. As President of the Payne Elementary Home & School Club, Alicia was responsible for coordinating committees, managing the budget, and directing board meetings. Alicia previously served as Vice President of the Campbell Parent Participation Preschool Board, where she was an integral key in restructuring the organization.

In addition to her volunteer work, Alicia is a community-serving entrepreneur. In 2020, Alicia launched a local cooking and delivery service, providing meals for families across greater San Jose.

Alicia gained a liberal arts education at West Valley College, Saratoga. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children, Jet and Quinn. As a family they enjoy camping, hiking, baseball, and spending time with friends.
