Talent Citizen is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Ho as Deputy Director of Impact Assessment & Learning at The James Irvine Foundation. Working alongside IA&L Director Kim Ammann Howard, Jennifer will help facilitate cross-departmental and strategic learning efforts, strengthening comprehensive impact efforts as the Foundation grows its staff and programmatic portfolio.
Previously, Jennifer served as Senior Learning and Evaluation Officer at Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, where she helped design and deploy the Foundation’s first visionary learning agenda. She also supported a $400 million grant portfolio, provided technical guidance and capacity building for grantees/program teams, and refined strategies in pursuit of greater impact. Jennifer has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative methods, expanding data management infrastructure, and building out external evaluation systems.
Jennifer’s work has been featured at PEAK Grantmaking Conference, the American Evaluation Association Conference, and the Comparative International Education Conference.
Jennifer received her Ph.D in Education from University of California, Los Angeles, with an Ed.M in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
