Talent Citizen is thrilled to announce the appointment of Aisha Laspina-Rodriguez as the new Director of Communications of the Hackley School.
An innovative and resourceful storyteller with expertise in strategic integrated communications, Aisha brings valuable experience in growing brand awareness in the fields of education and community development. In her new role, Aisha will collaborate with the school’s highly engaged community of parents, students, and faculty to develop integrated communications strategies that will convey Hackley’s values as a place of learning based on authenticity, generosity, and character.
Previously, Aisha served as the Director of Communications for the YWCA of the City of New York, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and strengthening communities through social justice. In her time as Director of Communications, she developed the organization’s integrated communications strategies, strengthening YW-NYC’s web presence and fundraising efforts while cultivating relationships with sister organizations around the globe.
Prior to working for YW-NYC, Aisha was the Marketing Communications Manager for Hunter College’s Continuing Education Programs.
