Serving as the backbone for day to day operations, Luminare Group seeks a full time, enthusiastic and experienced Special Assistant/Operations Manager to support the founder and principal (CEO). This position plays a critical role in maximizing the effectiveness of the CEO and requires the capacity to work with her closely and effectively. Working remotely, the virtual Special Assistant/Operations Manager will manage the office, perform administrative and bookkeeping functions, and manage technology. This position requires a strong aptitude for working independently, creating systems and processes, proactive planning and anticipating opportunities / needs / solutions, setting and managing priorities, and communicating progress while meeting deadlines. Must have high technical aptitude. As a virtual office, Luminare Group relies on a variety of tools to manage projects and communicate, including Asana, Airtable, G Suite, Office 365, Zoom for virtual conferencing, etc. Familiarity with or willingness to learn platforms is required.

This position is full-time (contract to employee) with a competitive salary based on experience.
