Adele has a track record of building capacity for scaling executive search firms across multiple sectors. She has led training for internal best practices and been responsible for key account management. A multi-sector hybrid, she has executed both mission- and market-driven searches. She has extensive functional expertise and leads our Executive Director vertical, partnering with clients that span higher education, youth development, human services, social justice, associations, and foundations.
She spent the first decade of her career with a rapid growth boutique search firm focused on technology and professional services, moving through a variety of roles in marketing, research, and IT. Known for her entrepreneurial nature and strong operational underpinnings, Adele subsequently assisted in launching three new search firms in the technology and manufacturing arenas. Her client portfolio included the Fortune 500, private equity firms, and venture-backed startups.
Driven by a deep service-orientation, she is pleased to serve as a professional mentor for Boulder, Colorado-based Greenhouse Scholars – a scholarship program supporting high performing, under-resourced college students – and loves presenting at career events for local universities. Adele is completing a degree in human resource management and furthering her study of Arabic, her native language. She also volunteers with a global faith-based organization that offers literacy assistance and disaster relief programs.
